Change the Launchie icon on macOS

Steps

1. Download or copy the .icns (or PNG) of the icon you want to use.
2. Open Finder, go to Applications, then right-click Launchie.app and choose Get Info.
3. Drag the new icon file onto the small icon in the top-left of the Get Info window. (You’ll see it highlight.)
4. Enter your admin password if prompted; macOS will write the new icon.
5. Close the Get Info window, quit Launchie, and reopen it (or log out/in) to see the refreshed icon in the Dock and Spotlight.

Need to revert? Repeat the steps but press Delete after selecting the tiny icon in the Get Info window to restore the default asset.
