Deploying Launchie today

Launchie is free on the Mac App Store, so you can assign it through Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager and install it with any MDM. It needs macOS 26 Tahoe or later. Pro features are an in-app purchase, which Apple's volume purchasing does not include.
