Launchie distributed through the Mac App Store uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) .

App Store Terms

If you download or subscribe to Launchie through the Mac App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA. That agreement covers license terms, subscription terms, billing, renewals, cancellation, and other conditions for App Store customers.

Subscriptions

Launchie may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for Launchie Pro. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
